Advancing Women in the Workplace Workshop
With the demand for flexibility, women have a unique opportunity to inform the new “normal” of work and redefine work/life balance in order to advance themselves in the workplace.
According to a recent McKinsey & Company study, women in entry-level positions represent approximately half of the workforce. However, the percentage of women continues to decrease with career progression, and women represent only 26% of C-suite positions.
During this two-day workshop, women and their allies will craft the next steps of their journeys—assessing their strengths and values to align themselves to their leadership purpose. They will also build a network of supporters to advance their leadership and to champion the success of women across the workforce.
Upcoming Offering: November 5–6, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
NOTE: We ask that organizations send up to two individuals to this workshop. If your organization is interested in having more individuals participate, we can work with you to create a customized solution to meet your needs and goals.
